Assistant Superintendent

Dante joined MCS Construction as a project laborer in 2022 with 7 years of residential construction experience. He started his career with two local residential builders in 2017 where he was a skilled laborer, assisting with job sites and gaining hands on training. As he gained experience, he was given the opportunity to learn the carpentry trade. He began framing, setting trusses, and placing floor joists.

Since joining MCS, Dante is learning how to read plans, schedule work, materials, and solve onsite issues as they occur. He has been building relationships with the trades in the field as well as Inspectors and Clients.

Dante brings with him multiple areas of job site experience as well as the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment.
